Guided Vipassana (Insight) Meditation
Vipassana is one of the most ancient techniques of meditation. It means seeing things clearly as they really are. It is a tool of self observation and in turn self transformation. When combined with Metta (Lovingkindess practice) its benefits are far reaching.
